Blow Molded Cases

Our custom blow molded cases offer the perfect solution for a low-cost, hard plastic case. Considering all the standard features and possible interior configurations, this customized blow molded case is manufactured from prime, high-density polyethylene with double-wall construction.  The textured exterior resists dents, cracking and scuffs.  The hardware features mechanical latches and a mechanical hinge system made to last through thousands of openings and closings.

Badger Case blow molded cases offer extreme durability, product protection at a low cost.  Blow molded cases are durable, even in freezing weather, and are unaffected by moisture, oils, or solvents.  The color is molded in, and can’t chip or peel. Blow molded cases are the perfect solution when you need a prototype, sales demo kit, or storage container.  Cases are black with empty, foam-filled or custom foam interiors.
